Price and Payment

The displayed prices of our products in the online store are in Australian Dollars and unless otherwise stated it is usually inclusive of GST .

Due to the complexities of freight costs around Australia for our range of products (bulky) each orders will be specifically priced by our in house logistics team . We do however provide our customer's with an indicative price .

Our online payment gateway accepts VISA, MASTER . However for those who is still suspceptible to online security , payment can also be made via Direct Deposit to our bank account or company cheque.

As per all standard terms and conditions , payment must be made in full before the tittle of the goods sold is transferred.

Delivery of goods

Our standard delivery time for online orders is within 5 working days of order confirmation and payment.

Should there be any delays for any particular reason , OTTO will endeavour to contact you and discuss possible alternatives .

Availability of stock

OTTO Environmental Systems will ensure that the items listed on the website, which also includes the range of bin colours that we carry to always be available.

We sell and ship products within Australia only.

Any enquiries regarding the goods or services supplied should be made within 7 days of product purchase.

Return and refund policy

Cancellations
A 20% restocking fee is applicable should any cancellations be made to a confirmed order within 30 days of the purchase.

Refund Policy
To claim a refund on any of the items purchased, please contact the office . The Management will review your sale and a refund or replacement may be given at their discretion. Shipping both ways is the customers responsibility in all cases.
